We want you to love your purchase, but if something's not quite right, we're here to help! Here's our glow-friendly return policy:

🗓️ Return Window You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. That's plenty of time to see if it sparks joy! 🌙✨

Custom or personalized orders? Those are made just for you, but they are case-by-case—we’re flexible, just message us. ✨

📦 Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items Some items can't be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
